The Nearest Airport Would be in Roxas City in Capiz. From Roxas City there are Vans and Ceres Bus a 2-3 hours ride going to the two jump off points Bancal port in Carles and Estancia ports. From those ports you need to charter a pump boat or wait for the schedule of a passenger ferry which runs once a day.

Air fares from Manila to Roxas are around 30-75 dollars (1500-3500pesos) depends on promotion season and demand. Bus Fares are around 2-4 dollars (100-200pesos) per head.
